Delivery Terms
Goods are delivered during business hours, and must be signed for at the time of delivery. Delivery is not available on public holidays or outside business hours. Please ensure you provide a physical home or business address for delivery and a daytime contact number. Please ensure someone is home between the hours of 6 AM – 6 PM or please advise where the package may be left in a safe place.
Delivery Times
The majority of our items are shipped from our Brisbane Metro locations. Please allow 1-2 business days after payment has cleared for your order to be processed. If you need your order to arrive by a certain date, please contact us prior to ordering so we can ensure that it will get to you in time.

Delivery Costs

Damaged Items
If you receive your order and find it has been damaged, please report this to us within 48 hours. Otherwise orders older than 3 days are deemed delivered. When signing for the delivery, note that the goods are damaged with the delivery driver. Take photos of the damage and send us via email on info@empowerbatteryco.com.au
Lost Items
If you haven’t received your order please contact us and a staff member will follow your delivery up with the driver and inform you of the outcome.
Faulty on Arrival
If you receive a faulty item, we will at our discretion either repair or replace the item. When a faulty item is being returned for a replacement, the original item must first be assessed by our driver before a replacement item is issued. If we cannot repair or replace your item, we may offer you a similar alternative (if one exists) or a refund of your order. Please note: if the item was working on arrival and you are claiming warranty, a different policy applies- see Warranty Statement
Incorrect Item
In the event you receive an incorrect item, you can return the product as long as it remains unused and unopened with the original packaging intact. If the item is incorrect due to an error by you, you will need to pay for all replacement costs.
If the item has been installed and/or shows signs of having been discharged we will not accept it as a return.
If the error is by us, we will deliver a replacement at no extra charge.
Product Exchanges
We are not required to provide an exchange if you change your mind, however typically we will be able to do this on the following conditions:
Item is unused, unopened with the original packaging intact. Any shipping costs to return the item and have the exchanged item delivered are covered by the customer. Empower Battery Co. reserve the right to charge a 20% restocking fee for any new items that have been ordered incorrectly and returned after 30 days. The buyer is also responsible to pay transport for any items returned under Warranty but are found to be fully working when tested.
